Periodically, when visiting a property in Insights, you may see the message below at the top of the property page. 

This occurs on properties where there is a low level of publicly available data on a particular property. This may be for a few reasons:

• The property is in Scotland or Northern Ireland. We are working hard on bringing fuller data to these areas soon.
• The property has not been sold or marketed previously.

If you encounter this issue and don't believe the property falls into either of these categories, please let us know and we will investigate.
