If you are an Insights Pro user, you have the option of hosting your branded reports on your own domain.
Add the domain in your settings page
To properly send your users to the right reports, we need to know what domain you would like to use. To do this, navigate to your Account Settings, enter your domain, and click Save.
Please only use the domain you would like to route to - for example, reports.agentwebsite.com. You do not need to include https:// or any trailing slashes.
You must already own the domain that you are going to use - Insights Pro is not able to provision new domain names for you.
Point your DNS to us
Next, all that is left is to point the DNS record for the domain name you choose, to our DNS endpoint:
whitelabel.insights.street.co.uk.
To do this, you will need to add a CNAME record to your domain.
For example, if you own agentwebsite.com, and you want your reports to come from reports.agentwebsite.com, add a record like below:
CNAME | Record |
reports | whitelabel.insights.street.co.uk |
You can find some documentation for various domain name providers here:
From then on, we can control the subdomain and request and manage a SSL certificate for you. We'll also make sure your reports are shown whenever links to that domain are loaded. The first time you load the domain you may see some slower loading as we request a certificate for you.
If you navigate to the custom domain without any report links, we will redirect to the website you have configured in your Brand Settings.
